Bethann & Will. and Mary Claire. oh how I love this family! These kiddos and their sweet parents have captured my heart. I love them & it was an honor to take their photographs
I did Mary Claires session (you might remember her & her horse, Bert) Anyway, we just had to have one of her younger siblings just like it! Such a fun day at the polo fields….. did i mention that Mary Claire is going to BAYLOR?!?! YES!!!!!!!

Hi friends,
So I keep getting calls for sessions so I thought I’d officially make the announcement that starting June 1st, I’ll be on maternity leave! I am finishing up my last few sessions and will be taking a break to be a mommy! If you haven’t heard yet, we are now getting TWO babies from Ethiopia! We don’t yet know when we will go for court, but once we get “the call” we’ll be about 3-4 weeks out! So I just wanted to be able to wrap up this spring so I can be ready! I don’t have a date of when I’ll be back to photography, but I WILL be back! I’ll be blogging these last few sessions in the next few weeks then you might not hear from me for a while! Lovely pictures and awesome photography.
So cute and lovely kids. Pics are very beautiful.
this is alison. I know you’ve heard me talk about her. she is my sassy africa photog friend. it was a true honor to travel to rwanda & ethiopia together this past new years and I am so excited that while on that trip, God called her to MOVE there. she will be living & working with Noel orphanage in Rwanda, home to 600 kids. I can’t wait for her journey to begin! I will miss her oh so much however. I joke with her and tell her that I have a habit of making really good friends & then them moving to Africa. but that’s what facebook chat at 1 am is for….chatting with missionary friends. head over to her blog: http://sassandcrafts.com/ and see how you can follow her story & even join her team!

Meet Brittany! This was my last senior session of the year & man did we end with a bang! We seriously had so much fun we lost track of time. I got the opportunity to shoot at a place I’ve always wanted to shoot at – Aldridge Gardens. It was a beautiful location for a truly beautiful girl! Love you Brittany!
